Monitoring 2003 September Oktober November December
Contents of the monitoring of violations of freedom of speech in Kyrgyzstan consist of reports by correspondents and volunteers of the Public Association Journalists, along with publications in Kyrgyz media outlets. Each separate case undergoes legal qualification and takes into consideration the whole system of current legislation of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan and the law of nations. The Public Association monitors and covers news related to violations of freedom of speech and has its representatives in the cities of Bishkek and in other regional centers: Osh, Jalalabad, Batken, Naryn, Talas, Karakol, and Tokmak. |
