Chairman of the voting station #292 in Zhapalak electoral district #47 prohibited a KOORT camera crew in Osh from filming the polling process. “We made useless attempts [to resist] arguing the Code “On Elections in the KR”, in particular article 7, provides for mass media’ right to cover the voting process,” – Timur Sharshenaliyev, head of “Koort and VB” news office.
