Chief editor of MSN newspaper warned Vecherniy Bishkek staff to stop trying to take paper’s equipment out of the office

 

Alexander Kim, chief editor of MSN newspaper, warned Vecherniy Bishkek newspaper staff, saying they illegally took his paper’s equipment out of the office. He said he had been informed of the order to take the computers out of the office, “In this connection, I warn Vecherniy Bishkek staff that they will be held responsible under the law.” Vecherniy Bishkek staff said they are suffering open property redistribution and Kim has no right to claim ownership of the paper. On 16 August Alexander Kim won the court case of Vecherniy Bishkek, Airek advertising agency, and Vecherniy  Bishkek printing company. The offices of the paper and advertising agency were ordered to be returned to Rubikon printing company, belonging to Alexander Kim. The court ruled in favor of Kim, who told  the contract for selling the building and his shares was signed at his absentia, and the document, that was used to prove the contract, is a forgery.
