Hot News 2005 November, 01 NBT camera reporter’s video recorder was seized
Timur Sharshenaliyev, chief editor of Independent Bishkek TV Channel’s (NBT) Information Department, reported on November 1, 2005, men, wearing uniform, seized a video recorder from cameraman for NBT, outside the penal facility #31, Mildovanovka village. The journalist said the video recorder had been returned to him some time later, without footage. At the time of the incident, the television crew was working on a story about riots at the facility. |
