Adolat newspaper is not being published for two weeks

 

On September 6, a private publishing company “Karimzhon Kodiri” refused to publish Adolat newspaper of Tajik Democratic Party. According to Muhiddin Idizoda, a chief editor of the newspaper, management of the publishing company agreed to publish the newspaper the day before.

Idizoda informed, the newspaper editorial staff called to other publishing companies in Dushanbe to arrange printing, however all of them refused as well. “All the publishing companies must be prohibited to publish independent newspapers on the eve of the 80th anniversary of Dushanbe, which is scheduled for October 2004”, - Idizoda said.
