Law enforcement bodies in Tajikistan are to decide if Radjabi Mirzo, a chief editor for Ruzi Nav newspaper, should be tried under the Criminal Code. Unchecked sources informed a reporter for the monitoring network that the Tax Police Department under the Ministry of State Revenues and Duties brought findings of the investigation into the Ruzi Nav’s case before the General Prosecutor’s office in the beginning of March. Later Bahriddin Bozorov, a deputy head of the Criminal Investigation Department under the General Prosecutor’s Office, confirmed this information.
