Procuracy joined court persecution of journalist for Krim-info Latypova
Firdavsi court in Dushanbe continues hearing the civil lawsuit, based on ‘protection of honor and dignity’ filed by Urokova against Krim-info weekly and journalist Latypova. The lawsuit was based on an article “Justice for veterans, or long lasting routine,” published in the paper on May 19, 2005. Apart from the lawsuit, the plaintiff filed a claim in the City Procuracy.
