Hot News 2005 19.09.05 Journalist Nuriddin Aminov sentenced journalist to 2 years on probation
On September 17, 2005, Firdavsi district court in Dushanbe, presided over by judge Bobobekov, sentenced journalist Aminov to 2 years in prison and ordered 200 minimal monthly salaries’ fine (approx. $800). The criminal charges were filed by Firdavsi Procuracy, following a lawsuit filed by Nigmat Abdullayev, head of Procuracy Department at the Tajik National University.
