Hot News 2005 October 18 General Prosecutor’s Office protested against the decision to release the journalist from the custody
On 17 October, 2005, Deputy Chiarman of the Supreme Court Mahammadali Vatanov informed the General Prosecutor’s Office protested against the ruling issued by the Supreme Court, ordering to release journalist Jumaboi Tolibov. Vatanov said the General Procuracy expressed its disagreement over the ruling. On 11 October, 2005, the Supreme Court changed the ruling issued by the Sughd Court, and ordered to release the journalist. |
