	2003 2004 Monitoring 2004 Contents of the monitoring of violations of freedom of speech in Tajikistan consist of reports by correspondents and volunteers of the National Association of Tajik Independent Media (*NANSMIT), along with publications in Tajik media outlets. Each separate case undergoes legal qualification, takes into consideration the whole system of the current legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan and law of nations. NANSMIT monitors and covers news related to violations of freedom of speech in the regions where it has its representatives: Khudjand, Kurgan-Tube, Kulyab, Khorog and in Dushanbe, the country’s capital.
